The working of tube belt conveyor is basically same with commonly seen belt conveyors. And most of the parts are interchangeable with other belt conveyors, however, the conveyor belt of tube belt conveyor is rolled up into round tube shape.
As an environment-friendly continuous conveying equipment, the tube belt conveyor is designed for conveying coal, colliery coal, coke, blending materials, sintered ore, mineral powder, petroleum coke, limestone, sand-gravel aggregate, acetylene sludge, humidifying dust, chemical fertilizer, salt, waste paper, phosphorus gypsum, sulfur-iron slag and other bulk materials.

1. Seal up bulk materials.
2. Transport routines can be very long and bent.
3. It can enhance the transport inclination angle.
4. No off-tracking happens.
5. Conveying materials in two directions.
Structure:
1. Common discharge port
2. Charging port
3. Transition section of materials receiving
4. Special tubules tape
5. Transition section of materials unloading
6. Transmission Roller
Working:
After receiving the materials from the transition section, the conveyor belt will be rolled up into round tube shape gradually and the materials are sealed and conveyed. At the discharging section, the tube is unfolded gradually and the materials are discharged.
