This is a latest special railway container gantry crane made by Weihua Group for the railway container logistics transport. It has U-type frame, double cantilever with rod, strong structure and light weight. The gantry span and width space are large enough for container loading and unloading. The spreader is a 360° rotating spreader with excellent adaptability and efficiency.

1. The container lifting operation instructions are sent from the central control room to the working crane.
2. The driver room receives the job instructions from the central control room.
3. The crane driver operates the linkage table touch screen and starts the loading and unloading operation.

5. Temporarily receive plug-in jobs, while giving priority to the ongoing job. Perform the plug-in job after the current job is completed.

Machine vision technology will help to accurately identify the location of container keyhole and container number, then intelligent control system control the crane operation, adjust the spreader position and deflection angle, to achieve accuracy spreader locking and precision container stacking.
7. Linkage table touch screen real-time displays the spreader, crane and trolley position.

Equipped with PDS system, if the crane running position does not correspond to the indication position of the PDS system, the driver need to drop the rocker and the crane does not execute the command, and sends out the alarm information. The crane continues to execute the handling command until the driver moves the crane to the system indication position.
9. Programmed path planning and obstacle avoidance technology for optimizing path and obstacle avoidance.
10. The use of infrared space scanning technology real-time scanning yard container storage situation, and updating yard stacking 3d database. Spreader is controlled by intelligent program to run along the optimal path for intelligent obstacle avoidance to ensure safe operation.
11. The central control room receives the completion information feedback of the crane and enters the database.
