Weihua has successfully completed the heavy load test of its independently developed and produced 550 ton Gantry crane in Guangdong Province, China. This crane has a lifting capacity of 550 tons and a track gauge of 10 meters, setting a new record for Weihua Crane's double girder U-type Gantry crane.

 

 

The crane's main lifting mechanism features 275+275 ton double lifting points that can work independently or simultaneously. It is equipped with synchronous control function, allowing for simultaneous lifting and lowering. Each mechanism utilizes frequency conversion and PLC control, enabling slow and fast operation under full load and light load, ensuring stable and low-impact lifting with minimal noise.

 

The entire machine is designed to be lightweight, with the steel structure meeting strength and stiffness requirements through finite element analysis design. This compact structure has a light self-weight, low wheel pressure, and low energy consumption.

 

 

The crane's traveling mechanism adopts a combination structure of multi-level balance beams and boogies, ensuring uniform force distribution on each wheel through the use of a Huff hinge.
