This AGV model Z1-100T made by Weihua is with big size and large capacity of 100 tons. The full-load speed of this Automated Guided Vehicle reaches 0.5m/s. This AGV is designed with Weihua patented motion control technology to ensure the safe and stable handling work.

The robot dispatching systemo of this AGV cart can realize the intelligence and flexibility of material handling and transfer, so that it makes the handling task with higher adaptability and flexibility. The AGV can replace trucks, heavy rail cars, and manual flat car and so on.

1. Autonomous Navigation:

This AGV adopts visual navigation technology to drive along a pre-calibrated route and cooperate with the ground station to automatically run between stations.

The built-in 1600Ah battery allow it run continuously for 8 hours with only 1-time charge.

3. Laser Anti-Collision:

AGV is equipped with 2 anti-collision lasers at front and rear, with a maximum scanning angle of 190°, it can realize the anti-collision function of decelerating and then stopping after an obstacle is detected within 5 meters.

4. All-Wheel Drive

There are 8 driving wheels in total in the whole vehicle, which are precisely controlled by PLC. Each driving steering wheel set provides powerful power for the whole vehicle.
