This hydraulic pitch stacker is a large-scale material continuous loading and unloading equipment mainly used for coal storage operations in the material yard. The ground belt conveyor transports coal into a long strip stockyard with a stacking capacity of 1500t/h and a radius of gyration of 25m. The stack height is 10m and the travel distance is 185m.

1. Mechanical Design:

It meets the equipment strength, stiffness, and stability requirements while ensuring that the design of the whole machine is light and reasonable, reducing the ground requirements of the user;

The construction drawing is combined with the 3D model and 2D model (this method can make sure the process, production and quality inspection familiar with the assembly relationship between the components and the intuitive understanding of the details of the parts, thus minimizing unnecessary rework);

Considering that the equipment long-distance transport, the large parts are disassembled and assembled on site while meeting the structural design requirements.

2. Institutional Functions:

Simplification design minimizes the failure while meeting the functional requirements of the equipment.

3. Electrical Control:

Flexible manual and PLC program-controlled switching use: irregularly small quantities of materials are manually operated, while regular, large quantities of materials are operated by PLC program control.

The driver's cab of the stacker is equipped with wireless communication equipment that communicates with the coal handling control room to complete the interlocking information communication.
