Features of Portal Crane:
1. The 5 portal cranes are all designed with the structure of a four-link combined boom and a cylindrical gantry.
2. The slewing mechanism is a large slewing bearing, which can work with hook and grab, and can be used in different working ranges.
3. The corresponding load can be hoisted for horizontal luffing and 360° rotation.
4. The hoisting, luffing and slewing mechanisms can act independently or in combination.
5. The full set portal crane can run in a straight line along the horizontally laid track.
6. All operating mechanisms adopt AC variable frequency speed regulation.
7. The whole portal crane adopts PLC control system, full variable frequency stepless speed regulation and fault monitoring system.
8. The crane cabin is with an intelligent status monitoring and control screen, which performs fault monitoring, provides troubleshooting assistance, can realize dynamic monitoring of running status, provides dynamic change graphic display, and has safety information alarm, lubrication maintenance management help.
