Before Ordering:

1. Please choose the normal temperature type for the temperature ≤100℃; But choose the high temperature type for temperature ＞100℃.

2. Please select high frequency type for the power-on duration ＞60%.

3. Please use the submersible type (diving depth ≤100m) for lifting materials in the water. The parameters of the submersible electromagnet are the same as those of the normal temperature type. 

4. Auxiliary equipment: When using a single unit, select the rectifier control equipment and auxiliary equipment according to the power consumption (current). When multiple units are used in combination, select the sum of the power consumption (current) of the number of units used in combination.

Use:

1. Check whether the parts of the electromagnetic lifter are damaged before use, and replace the damage parts in time.

2. Check whether the control hub is in good condition before using the electromagnetic chuck.

3. Observe the surroundings before hoisting, prohibit people from approaching the working area, and prohibit the lifter and hoisted objects from passing above the personnel.

4. Check whether the rated current is correct before using.

5. Before lifting, pay attention to check whether there are non-magnetic conductive objects between the lifting material and the lifting electromagnetic lifter, so as not to affect its lifting height.

6. The crane electromagnetic lifter must be placed directly above the lifted object, and then energized to avoid small iron cuts.

7. When landing, be sure to observe the surrounding environment and keep safe.

8. Users must get strict training and the certificate for operation.

9. It is forbidden for the operator to use the electromagnetic chuck after drinking Alcohol.

10. After the work, place the magnet lifter in a safe designated place to avoid accidents.
